How Do I Operate My Machine?
Read the operation manual supplied with your new machine. The daily operating instructions are also located on a panel on the front of every machine for quick reference. Should you misplace or lose your manual, please contact Lectroni for a replacement.
Are There Special Moving Instructions For Appliances?
When moving a range or wall oven, it can be placed on either side during transporting without doing any harm to the appliance. “Sides” refers to the left or the right, not the rear.
Note: This is not true for glass top products. Glass top cooking products should be moved in an upright position, carefully protected, to prevent possible damage to the glass cooking surface.
I’m Ready To Install My Appliance. How Much Clearance Space Do I Need Around It?
For proper air circulation and correct installation, some appliances must have air clearances around the product. Installations can vary, so checking the installation instructions to determine space requirements for your specific model is recommended.
My Package Is Damaged And The Item Is Broken, What Should I Do?
It is very important to check every item upon delivery. Products MUST be inspected upon delivery and refused if any damage is found outside on the package. Please open the package on the same day and if any damage is found on the appliance contact us straight away. Damage must be notified to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery accompanied with photos of the problem.
Do The Products Meet The Electrical Safety Certification In Australia?
Yes, All of our products are very safe to use and go through the highest safety checks in Europe with CE certificate. All of our appliances can be legally used and installed by certified electricians.
How Do I Clean And Care For My Stainless Steel Surfaces?
Some suggestions for cleaning and caring for stainless steel surfaces:
Use stainless steel cleaner and polish. Use liquid detergent or all-purpose cleaner. Rinse with clean water and dry with soft, lint-free cloth.
Use vinegar for hard water spots. Do not use soap-filled scouring pads, abrasive cleaners, Cooktop Polishing Cream, steel-wool pads, gritty wash cloths or some paper towels. Damage can occur.
Is It Necessary To Use A Rinse Agent In My Dishwasher?
We recommend using the rinse agent dispenser. Rinse aid is essential for good drying. Be sure to fill the dispenser before you use your new dishwasher.
Can I Install The Unit Myself?
No. Under the Ozone protection and synthetic greenhouse gas management regulations 1995, anyone wanting to install an air conditioner or other appliance must be a licensed technician who holds a valid licence.
What Maintenance Is Required?
Your reverse cycle room air conditioner will require minimal maintenance. It is recommended that filters will need to be cleaned initially every 2 weeks. However if filters are clean, change to monthly. Clean using a vacuum cleaner or warm soapy water. You will be provided with an operations manual on the day of installation which will include instructions on how to care for your air conditioner.
